Accomplished
- Added alert for maintenance that can be turned on with following changes
  - Modify config file
  - Restart apache
- Added support for permanently deleting deleted jobs
  - When a user deletes a job, it will be transferred to the maizecode user
  - Job will get deleted from the database if the maizecode user perform the deletion
  - Job is still in the Agave database
- Removed the zipped file for visualization
Building genome service
- Added pre-staged indexes for both the CSHL server and TACC system
  - Currently only support Sorghum v3 and Maize v4
  - Currently only added indexes for STAR (with annotation)
- Need to create indexes for the following apps
  - BWA, Bowtie, Bismark, etc
