  • Metadata
    • Need to encode metadata beforehand, is this fixable?

    • Hackathon during Biology of Genomes, May 7 - 11
    • Use a graphical database to chain data together
    • Given a workflow id, call SciApps API to retrieve metadata, jobId, inputs, outputs, parameters, browser track signal
    • Chain other metadata, e. g. organism (from parameter index), sample, publication, tutorial, etc
    • Add CMS page as a node to the graphical database
    • Graphical database --> BRapi --> Visualization
  • Updates
    • Can retrieve metadata from SciApps now, critical since authentication to CyVerse is no longer needed
    • Can add metadata link to workflow loading page so user can access metadata from a link
    • Remove metadata button from the 'My workflows' page since its too crowded, but keep on Data page
