Improvements
- Fail to load app form from Agave
  - Token expired (Rion's guess but not true)
  - Introduced another bug for apps with no parameters (fixed)
  - Visibility is null (fixed, not required visible)
- Login page
  - Maybe just cosmetic
  - Change the login to a dropdown login menu and add 'Forgot password' and 'Register' to redirect them to CyVerse
- Concurrent data transfer
  - High speed cable for now, reconfigure once we make public site pointing to TACC/UA
- Failed workflow
  - Not tested yet
- Build arbitrary workflow
  - Add select box before app (won't work if we need two copies)
