Metrics in Sinopia

As of the Late Fall 2021 Work Cycle, Sinopia offers several metrics, accessible via the Actions dropdown menu.

Note that the User metrics section counts only users who have performed a Dashboard action. Dashboard actions include searching, previewing, opening; anything that is possible on the Dashboard. The Dashboard was implemented in October 2020, so User metrics do not cover any activity before that time. This explains why earlier Sinopia usage statistics, which were based on registered users in Cognito (the user management system) may be higher than what is shown in Sinopia Metrics.
