PB + RK: GLL ordering

We might want to change the default GLL(simplex) DOF ordering/entity_ids that ensure that DOFs on the closure of an edge are aligned with the GLL quadrature.

PB & RK: Discussion about current issues

DH: It all looks fine.

PB: Some tests are failing on CI, but these use hand coded data in the tests.

DH: Just fix those tests. (Changes requested)
