Setting up Hero hub

Step 1:

• Follow directions in Site setup

Step 2:

• Create digital experience site.

• Select create Build Your Own (Not the LWR one).

• In site builder

  • In settings on left
  • Go to Theme.
  • Configure.
  • Add new Theme Layout.
  • Choose any name and select PageContainer.

• In Home page click gear at the top of the page.

  • Under Layout select Override default theme layout for this page.
  • Select theme layout name from above.

• Publish the site

Step 3: (Enabling community users to log into the site)

• In Experience Builder, go to Administration. (Click top top left of any page to reveal)

  • In members
    • Select to search for All
    • Add hero
    • Click save

Step 4: Stay on Administration tab, and go to Settings on the left hand-side (top option)

• In middle of screen, click on Activate for the status field. This will send the welcome email to the email specified on any of the org users that have the System Administrator and Hero profiles.

  • Check email associated with hero contact for log in details

Step 5: Setting up a titan ( to view in hero hub)

• Create a Curriculum
• Create a Titan assigned to the curriculum
• Create a series of exams and assign to the titan
• If desired to show as completed create
  • Create exam questions assigned to the titan
  • Create exam pool assignment
  • Create Exam results assigned to the user
  • Create Hero answers

Step 6: Setting up teams that must be used for displaying correctly

• Add the fields team primary color, team secondary color, and in lead to the page layout
• Create the 4 team Vanquish, Amplifire, Alchemy, and Synergy
• Note for colors used in styles and should be added as colors when creating the teams

• Choose any one team as team lead
