Iteration X Stand Up Notes
- Working On : PD1 Retake Prep, Took our Overall Quiz, Breaking into Documentation (What exists vs What we need)
- Roadblocks : None Currently
- Continuing : Break down parts of Documentation to tackle, work on understanding the Current State of the Project. Conquer PD1
- Working On : Received P3 requirements, chose 2 project leads, discussed basic overview of P3, broke up into teams and chose team leads.
- Roadblocks : Was unable to push code from vscode to an org. Will also take awhile to go through and understand existing code
- Continuing : We plan to go through the code until we have a clear understanding of each component and how they fit into the big picture. Once code is understood we will split up into different teams and begin work on the necessary features
- Working On : Researching data model for Project 3.
- Roadblocks : We need to see the actual implementation of the data model in Salesforce.org to ascertain the accuracy of the documentation. PD1 and prep, and Portfolio corrections.
- Continuing : Continue research on the data model and study PD1.
- Working On : Deploying the SFDX project to a new org (I have a Dev Ed trial now)
- Roadblocks : We need to see an actual org in place to really understand how the project will work
- Continuing : Going through the code and making sure deployment can occur smoothly and quickly
- Working On : QC & PD1 Studying. Getting an initial breakdown at the state of the Project, in particular what we need to work with
- Roadblocks : Getting current Project Packages to our own Dev Environments
- Continuing : Dive deeper into the meat of the Documentation. Visualize the current Project to understand what needs to be done for Feature Development.
- Working On : Cumulative QC, PD1 study, reviewing p3 code to form an understanding of the big picture and determine the steps needed to fulfill project requirements
- Roadblocks : Code needs adjustment in order to deploy to an org
- Continuing : Continue reviewing code and form an outline of components necessary to complete project requirements
- Working On : Continuing research the documentation of the data model. Working on PD1 prep.
- Roadblocks : None
- Continuing : Pushing packages into Salesforce. org in order to view the schema builder, relationships, objects, and fields.
- Working On : Following the package deployment procedure to ensure thoroughness.
- Roadblocks : Minor issues discovered when attempting package deployment.
- Continuing : Resolve package deployment issues and assist cohort in successful installation of project features.
Overall Plan : Planning to Wrap up the Review portion of the Project, get some actionable ideas for starting Feature Development. Next steps as a whole team are team restructuring to begin feature development.
- Working On : Found the key components to start work on Exams.
- Roadblocks : Besides the messy nature of the Documentation, none currently.
- Continuing : Deep dive into the specific Components we found, so we can plan out feature development.
- Working On : reviewing p3 code to form an understanding of the big picture and determine the steps needed to fulfill project requirements, some of us were able to get the experience site up and running
- Roadblocks : some people are still having trouble deploying the code or getting the site up and running
- Continuing : Continue reviewing code and form an outline of components necessary to complete project requirements
- Working On : Pushed Trial of the Titans package into our orgs. Started discussion on the Exam hub of the data model
- Roadblocks : None
- Continuing : Reach consensus on how the Exam hub looks and functions.
Overall Plan : Team re-structure, Moving to Feature Development. Dividing Team members into tasks, giving them an overview of what they need to work with as well as what needs to be done to meet requirements.

Overall Plan : Shifted into new Teams, organized our game plan for initial development, our plan to create thorough, current documentation, and discussed tasks per team and what needs to be communicated cross teams.
- Working On : Assembled the previous iteration's Titan Hub sub-components, laid out the plan for Path to Titan.
- Roadblocks : Formatting the video element in our Data for the Video Recordings section.
- Continuing : Start developing the Path to Titan component, Create a container, and start designing functionality.
- Working On : Setting up an test org and discerning which lightning navigation reference we have to use
- Roadblocks : discerning whether to we need to make a site page or call the components directly
- Continuing : continuing to research what how to implement the navigation with Aura and LWC with herohub and titanhub
- Working On : Recognized how existing code pulled data from salesforce and identified several issues in the code. Identified how the data model pertains to our portion of the project. Also listed current components as well as several components we need to add and how to implement them
- Roadblocks : None currently
- Continuing : We will be fixing current components as well as creating our new ones
Overall Plan : Post Sprint Meeting this morning, review first week's progress. Evaluate the state of the teams, and what tasks need to be assigned or adjusted.
- Working On : Developed Initial component for Path to Titan, with basic layout and means of pulling appropriate data.
- Roadblocks : We seem to have more people than tasks for our sub-team.
- Continuing : Continue Development on Path to Titan (buttons, CSS, etc)
- Working On : Finished with page navigation. Working on getting and passing the ID of the next exam.
- Roadblocks : Some minor errors in the Experience Builder Site
- Continuing : Resolve errors, complete Exam ID passing, check functionality of the Progress Bar
- Working On : We got question randomization to work, started work on various components needed

- Continuing : continue to work on various components and fit them together
Overall Plan : Shift some people around, fill out teams and other tasks as needed. Begin planning merges and full interaction for later in the week. Begin side tasks like documentation, styling, and cleaning up some deprecated code.

- Continuing : Apex Testing, Styling, Compile/Pass along Documentation notes
- Working On : Checking functionality of components.
- Roadblocks : Code complete but currently untested.
- Continuing : Begin CSS Styling
- Working On : Still digging through existing code and getting it to work, and also working on our new components
- Roadblocks : Buttons are a pain
- Continuing : Continue to work on our components and hopefully start piecing them together tomorrow
Overall Plan : We shifted our resources into Documentation and coordinating CSS across our Pages, began outlining our Documentation, both what we want to write and how we want it organized. We also began coordinating our CSS and are about to begin the merging phase to start fully connecting our individual sections.
- Working On : Extracted Exam Id from our Dynamic list elements, Disabled Mouse interaction on Unassigned Exams
- Roadblocks : None Currently
- Continuing : Coordinate CSS, Coordinate Merging to fully connect to the other pages
- Working On : Starting to integrate our components and making sure they work together. A few components still need finishing
- Roadblocks : Getting our components to play nice with each other. SLDS is nice but still limits our options
- Continuing : Get our components to work together and also finish the components that still need finishing
- Working On : Completed the navigation functionality with the overview and advance button. Implemented some CSS to the wireframe
- Roadblocks : Outlining what needs to be added to the documentation
- Continuing : Complete the CSS for the HeroHub page. Work on establishing proper documentation on the github wiki
Overall Plan : Titan Hub and Hero Hub have completed their potions of the requirements, need branch merging to connect functionality and ensure a working solution. Documentation plan is in the works, CSS is being coordinated. Plan for today : Prep if not begin merging branches, Start creating our organized documentation layout, fill out specific documentation details, get Exam functionality ready to merge.
- Working On : We got exam overview working 100%, got exam header started. Still working on 3 of our buttons
- Roadblocks : Exam overview was not receiving the array but that was fixed. Question flagging is not working properly
- Continuing : Finish our flag, mark for review, and submit buttons and polish the combined component
- Working On : Completed our Iterations ERD
- Roadblocks : None
- Continuing : Add our documentation the github wiki pages, the CSS for the HeroHub page is nearly completed
Overall Plan : We began the merging process, connecting the Hero Hub and Titan Hub branches, both to test for any conflicts/bugs and to prepare for the Exam team's package. We discovered the Apex and Object permissions we needed to assign to our Customer User, which we use to log in and demonstrate Site functionality. CSS for Hero Hub is essentially complete (barring any minor alterations). For Today : We have fully merged our branches, including the Exam package (we have some minor file clean up). We will also be handling more Documentation and other project details like presentation setup by the end of the day.
- Working On : We have all of our components assembled except for 1. Aside from a few bugs everything's working fine. We also have all of our components in a package.
- Roadblocks : the package was a pain but we figured it out
- Continuing : finish our flag component and try to iron out some bugs
- Working On : Created a baseline structure for the documentation page. Archived outdated information and updated it our Iterations information
- Roadblocks : Discussing what else we need to update and archive in the documentation
- Continuing : Adding in documentation for our updated packages for package based development. Optimize the page navigation on the wiki
Overall Plan : We began the merging process and packaging the current state of our progress. We are currently designing the instructions for setting up the development environment and site for the next iteration to follow us. We've had some difficulty in this process, due to the mess of handling packages and the state of the codebase. For Today, we plan to finalize the instructions for everything, continue filling out documentation details, having our completed code merged fully on our Github branch, and begin designing the presentation materials for later this week.
- Working On : finished flag component and merged all of our other components together and got them working together. Implemented an exam timer as well as added some documentation
- Roadblocks : flag component needed to be reworked and was a bit late
- Continuing : merge our flag component, get it working with the rest of our components, and try to iron out some bugs
- Working On : Created a more fleshed out documentation page with the an updated ERD, a full breakdown of the customs objects, fields, and relationships. Package documentation for Hero Hub, Titan Hub, and Exam Interview

- Continuing : Add the package development, updating the dependency chart, and overview to ensure all goals were achieved
