Iteration 6 Sprint 1: Retrospective
ITERATION 6 Sprint 1 Dates: 10.13.2021-10.19.2021
Retrospective Date: 10.20.2021
What we did well:
- We got about half of the components fully tested, and started working on documentation updates on the github repo.
What we learned:
- We learned how to start and setup Jest tests, and learned LWC along the way while testing the previous iterations' components.
What should we do differently next time:
- Spend more time learning the ins and outs of jest testing.
What still puzzles us:
- N/A

- Finish testing the remaining components from previous iterations and finish up documentation work.
What we did well:
- We met our goals in terms of generating Data Factories
What we learned:
- Data Factory creation is very similar to Apex Testing
- Documentation is important
What should we do differently next time:
- Earlier on in Sprint 2, we should sort out specifics of what needs to be done / by who
What still puzzles us:
- n/a
Steps to Take for Sprint 2:
- compiling a list of LWC's "ready to style" components + list of past iterations' components that need re-styling
- Divvying up the workload
- re-working and documentation of naming conventions for elements
What we did well:
- We were able to pivot quickly during the first week as we were learning new things about the project.
- Effectively transferred functionality from Aura to LWC.
What we learned:
- (still in the process) JEST testing
What should we do differently next time:
- Kanban cards / spreadsheet could be updated more frequently.
What still puzzles us:
- JEST!
