Wrong executable name in launch files #8

The type attribute of node tag is the name of the executable from the ROS package. There is no state_publisher executable in robot_state_publisher package.

It used to be there, and might even have been the default back when someone wrote these launch files :)
ros/robot_state_publisher#87 (comment)

Anyway, thanks for the cleanup. (Why do WE maintain a robotiq repo now @lianghongzhuo ? :D)
