Tutorial and scene web page uploads

We login to siteground.com using the JEF's account.

Then we use the cpanel to drag files into the account.

We are putting the Scripts and Tutorials into different directories. These match the github accounts.

We can't just put the HTML files in the github repository because, well, they don't show as HTML unless we wrap them with some HTML text, I think. Maybe we should figure this out.

ISETcam development is led by Brian Wandell's Vistalab group at Stanford University and supported by contributors from other research institutions and industry.
