sceneFromFile: Converting rgb images into spectral scenes

The function sceneFromFile reads an RGB image and converts it into a spectral scene. The spectrum is created by assuming the RGB image is displayed on a known, calibrated display. We treat the white point of the display as the illumination.

The function can also read multispectral data files that have been saved in ISETCam format. A few of these are available in the repository within the data/images/multispectral directory. Others are available for download at the Stanford Digital Repository. These multispectral data files can be downloaded using the ISETCam function ieWebGet.
