This whole concept is in desperate need of revamp, and/or removal. Due to technical struggles and loss of critical contacts, most of these are no longer managed...

Data.gov maintains several data "Topics" to highlight and improve discoverability for related datasets. The Topics are listed in the primary navigation on data.gov.

Topics consist of:

List of datasets

Update the contacts for Topic contact forms (https://www.data.gov/food/contact) in the WordPress dashboard.
