Joystick Notice.
It means now you can use lets say THEJoystick not only on THEC64 but also on THE400, THESpectrum, THEA500 Its with all Two Joysticks and Gamepad the same you can use them on all the supported system see below
You only need the menu on THEC64 Family and THEVIC20 to switch joysticks for the rest its automatic

Second Notice.
When using Atari 2600 Plus always turn it off with CTRL + F9 or THEGamepad Menu + RSB it resets dmenu and when forgotten please do it when possible its because atari 2600 plus has issue with reboot it wont reset dmenu so need to do manualy that’s why this workaround
when a mode is not in this version mode downloads please use older one it’s because its not updated
On AGSP please install PCUAE on usb stick or sdcard and then install setup v4 on sdcard in both cases and start agsp the setup v4 is here folder on root of the PCUAE sdcard or usb stick you made or download link above. called AGSP boot files.

IMPORTANT Turn off Antivirus Protection NOW before running the Installer Setup Menu.
About the Antivirus False Positive
Turn off ANTIVIRUS Protection while using the menu, if not then it will stop you running the Setup files.
Turn off Real Time Protection, it will turn itself back on later by itself, the virus its seeing is a false positive in the setup.exe files so is not real, it will not allow you to run the setup.exe files until you turn it off or it will remove the setup.exe file from the folder its downloaded it too and move it to the Antivirus Quarantine Vault, you can move it back to the folder in the Antivirus Projection History Option in its settings, you can Exclude the folder its downloading the Setup files too and you will not need to Turn off Real Time Protection anymore.
There is nothing that can be done about it, it because PCUAE runs scripts inside it that it needs and the antivirus software can see them in the setup.exe files so thinks it infected or is a virus, its because Antivirus Software can not see the difference between them, if they are a real virus or not one, antivirus software need making so it can tell the difference so made better then it is, it always has this problem.
Updated: - Fixed, Added a Shortcut to the Windows Desktop for the Installer Setup Menu now, it was not working.
Update: - This has a new Setup Menu that runs on Windows 10/11 that downloads the PCUAE setup files from GitHub now to make it less confusing.. pcuae-v4.4.0-main-4all-standalone-setup.exe.
PCUAE has now been spilt into CBM(RGL Commodore Machines) and Atari (all Atari machines plus THE400 Mini) Machine Editions, they were to big on GitHub all together so over 2GB.

The games are kept in the PCUAE-AGSP-Games-Menu folder on the root of the PCUAE USB Drive or on the root of the SD Card.
The agsp_games_database.db is AGSP database file PCUAE Mode uses its in the PCUAE-AGSP-Games-Menu folder so load it in the AGSP Games Manager to add games to it and to the AGSP GUI Menu.
Update: - Redesigned Shortcut Key | Button Selectors, you have only one button selector and one key selector so its more clear what they do and if you press a unsupported option you get a message and then reloads current mode.

You might get a message saying there's a virus in the setup.exe files, its a false positive, so fake, it because there are scripts in the the setups so please ignore and press on download anyway.
Fixed some errors in FEL Mode Menu for THE400 Mini.

Added New Mode - ZEsarUX Mode for THEC64,THEVIC20, THE400 Mini and THEA500 Mini, need some more work on the Atari2600 Plus so not working on that at the moment, not sure if will work or not.

The pcuae-4.0.0-the400-mini-fel-mode-nandb-for-pc-only-setup.exe to get THE400 Mini working on PCUAE is now in PCUAE in the folder START PCUAE-FOR THE400 ONLY so just run it from there while the PCUAE USB Drive is in the PC, you will need to install it to the C/:Games folder and then it will run the menu inside it, it so everything is together so we do not lose it or forget about it.

USB Media Access was not working on THE400 Mini, now its fixed, to add files or games to it go into \PCUAE-Atari-Games\THE400-USB-Menu and then you see the games in Media Access, it has Favourites, Games folders in there and might even be a few games too(hint: look under Disks.).
Tip:
How To Load ATARI BASIC in THE400Mini:
Open USB Media Access(On THECarousel look for the USB Stick Game Slot, its blue, highlight it and press the fire Button on it) and then Open the Games Settings Menu by pressing Menu Button and then click on the toggle button Enable BASIC to enable it and then press TOP(Up) Button to go back to Media Access and now highlight THE400_BASIC.atr file on the root folder of the THE400-USB-Menu folder, where the Favourites, Games folders are and then press Fire Button to select it, then press Home Button to run Atari Basic... Done... :) .
Now you can type a BASIC program in THE400 Mini and then save it to the THE400_BASIC.atr file by using the save command in BASIC, like how you are meant to and not by Save States... :) .

You can now pick what firmware you want to use when you run the Atari2600 Plus without the PCUAE USB Drive connected, unplugged or the Color switch set to Color USB Drive Mode is off, if you switch it to B/W then USB Drive Mode is On, New firmware feature is in the pcuae-settings.txt file under What Firmware 1, 2 or 3 look below.
You can now load PCUAE on THE400 Mini, you can now flash its nandb using FEL Mode so it boots PCUAE, PCUAE is now setup to run on THE400 Mini so all its Modes work now like its THEC64, but its carousel is the same as THEA500 Mini, its THECarousel Manhattan Skyline so its not modifiable like on THEC64 THECarousel, its like Apple's IOS on the iPhone its locked, they probably now going to use it on every machine they make from now on like Android is on every smartphone so the GUI is the same.
Below you'll find a new PCUAE Installer called pcuae-4.0.0-the400-mini-fel-mode-nandb-for-pc-only-setup.exe this has the nandb in it you need to flash to THE400 Mini so PCUAE works on it, it has instructions inside the installer on how to use it so please read it carefully.
When flashing the firmware to THE400 Mini two drives will come up on the Windows desktop, make sure its the bigger drive you pick to flash the nandb on to, you can check it with Disk Management on Windows.
This is what's in the pcuae-settings.txt file, all you do is change the yes or no to enable or disable the firmware, only one needs to be yes if all are yes then it will enable the last firmware so Firmware 3 so only one can be enabled.
If you look below you see 1.1_rev2 is enabled so Firmware 2 below, this does not have a shortcut on the keyboard so its a feature thats in the pcuae-settings.txt file only.
