OctoPrint Setup
Open Cura (Cura can be slow to load the first time)
Cura LulzBot Edition download link
Note: Cura LulzBot Edition comes with the OctoPrint Connection plugin pre-installed, skip to Step 4 after installation.
Marketplace (top-right of Cura window)
Plugins > Community Plugins > OctoPrint Connection
Install (Requires exit and reload of Cura)
Download Profile:
Ender 3 v2 (Creality) (Already in Cura, skip to Step 4)
CR-10 (Creality) (Already in Cura, skip to Step 4)
Duplicator 4 (Already in Cura, skip to Step 4)
Copy contents of the Zip to the Cura Resources folder: C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 4.8.0\resources
Settings > Printer > Add Printer...
Add a Non-Networked Printer
Select printer from list eg. Creality > Creality Ender 3 Pro
Review settings and click Next
Settings > Printer > Manage Printers...
Select the printer you just added and click Connect OctoPrint
Select printer (Note: Printers may not appear if your CCHS WiFi connection is set to Public)
Request API key (will take you a login for the OctoPrint server)
Log into OctoPrint and accept the request
- Username: cchs
- Password: hackmelb
If the list of printers doesn't auto-populate you may need to manually add the printer using the Add button. The IP Addresses of the printers are available on the wiki page for each printer.

Some of the OctoPrint units draw power from the printers. You won't be able to connect to these OctoPrint instances unless the printer is turned on. Trace the cables to see if the unit is powered from mains or not.
Go back to Cura and click Connect
