This applet adds proper L298N motor controller support for both skid steering and Ackermann configs.
Previously recommended implementation did not support skid steering and used some questionable logic.
Tested on CubeOrange+ and QioTek ZealotH743 on Rover 4.5.7. Discuss topic here with user testing in progress.
Can provide a wiki update as necessary upon merge.
Will resolve ArduPilot/ardupilot_wiki#6351 and ArduPilot/ardupilot_wiki#1069 upon wiki update with the diagram provided here.
