Note: All of these also check for normal wall/loc collisions on the map.

blocked	Movement restricted to blocked tiles such as water.	Ducks
blocked+normal	Movement restricted to both normal and blocked. Allows movement between water and land.	Implings/Gulls
indoors	Movement restricted to roof clipped tiles such as buildings.	Shopkeepers
outdoors	Movement restricted from roof clipped tiles such as outside of buildings.	Camels
