PR Overview

This PR follows #123 . In this PR, WildCam Classroom's functionality is at an Alpha state for Teachers.

• Teachers can create and edit Classrooms, as with the previous PR.
• Teachers can now create and edit WildCam Assignments, which is the big new thing.
  • Caveats: creating and editing Assignments is still a bit buggy.
• WildCam Map has now been updated so that it connects to the WildCam Classrooms - i.e. you can use the map to select Subjects for your assignments.

Marging, part 4 (improvements and bug fixing) coming soon-ish.
