PR Overview
This PR follows PR #122 . In this PR, the WildCam-type Program's Classroom management has been rebuilt, with a focus on managing state/view transitions and messaging users.
Major Updates
WildCamClassroomscomponent now allows Teachers to create, edit, and delete classrooms.NOT YET BUILT
