Shoko Fixed v2 (Simple-Station#120)

# Description

Shoko I fixed an issue with the job queue in the Lobby.
- Add arrival Dock door. ( face the right way)
- Fixed cryogenic sleep unit Near arrival.
- Add ChemMaster 4000 for botany and kitchen additionally microwave
- Add power/atmos monitoring computers, increase CE's room, and Fireaxe.
Remove bed (sorry CE)
- Remove the Pacman generator, relocate the power monitoring computer
close to the generator and engineer suit close to the communication
server, and expand the AME deployed Zone.
- Add radiators, pipes, and gas tank dispenser at small burn chamber
- Add a waste valve and power/atmos monitoring computers at the
Thermal-electric generator
- Remove some of the Heating Loop pipes.
- Add a plasma table with two Emergency flares, and one flare gun near
the Main burning chamber.
- Add a plasma table with a Cell recharger Near the Main burning
chamber.
- Reorganize atmospheric room pipings (Thank you, DV Mapping editor)
- Copy Delta-V idea airlock at Coolant Loop for easy access. (Thank you,
Mapping editor)
- Add Glass in both Northwest Southeast solar rooms, and remove the fax
machine.
- Add 10 materials to the service room.
- Add additional wiring command's bar room.
- Add a secured crate to the vault.
- Add dock doors and additional lights, relocate Mass scanner computer.

- Reorganize the Cargo bay.
- Reorganize Medical Department
- Add SMES Command Sub room.
