External Item Descriptions - V4.39 (Afterbirth+ and Repentance)

External Item descriptions mod compatible with the DLCs Afterbirth+ and Repentance 1.7.8.
Changes:
- Added optional feature to only show effects of pills that got used at least once, ignoring effects like PHD
- Added feature to describe grid entities
- Reworked sacrifice and sanguine bond Spike descriptions, making it more reliable. This also makes it possible to track sacrifice progress for every single spike in a sacrifice room
- Fixed sacrifice room description acting as a seperate description type. Now it works exactly like everything else (distance based, highlightable, no permanent small descriptions for other things in the room, etc.)
- Fixed data-inconsistency issue when using legacy EID API features. This fixes some issues with doubled transformations, missing mod name associations and much more

Changes:
- Because of Feedback of thecommunity, we changed the default value for Bag Of Crafting Display mode from "No Recipes" back to "Recipe List". This change only affects new Users and people resetting their config.
- Transformations assigned to modded items using Tags are now detected automatically
- The description of VURP! Pills now show your last used Pill as well
- New Item Reminder features (Hold tab):
- Echo Chamber: Shows your last 3 used Pills/Cards/Runes
- Void: Shows your absorbed active items
- Added Name Markup. Example: {{NameC3}} displays the icon of Spoon Bender, and a (translated) "Spoon Bender" name in Yellow coloring
- EID:getObjectName() now also works with vanilla Entity names. Example. Gaper, Monstro, Player, etc.
- Improved English, Japanese, Czech translationpacks
