Pipeline for amplicon/panel sequencing
Overview
This is a set of scripts and pipelines for working with amplicon/panel sequencing.
The scripts are mainly written in Python and the pipelines are written in Snakemake.
Other software used in the pipelines are:
- bbmap
- cutadapt
- minimap2
- blast (offline version)
