SplatterJs (messy code version)

This version is an archival version of SplatterJS, which requires PHP running on the webserver to manage file uploads. The code is also quite messy, making it difficult to take performance measurements and add functionality, though the resulting visualization is complete.

v0.2 should address these concerns and support in-browser munging of data (so confidential/sensitive data can be visualized entirely client-side). Related issues will be tagged with the v0.2 milestone.
