GTFS RT Support

Orion still doesn't support GTFS-RT (https://developers.google.com/transit/gtfs-realtime/), which is used by most transit systems - including the one in Waterloo, Canada.

Project

Use https://github.com/google/gtfs-realtime-bindings to add GTFS-RT support to Orion. This would be a helper. Additionally, add a config option for the GTFS-RT vehicle positions URL.

Lastly, implement this for GRT (http://www.regionofwaterloo.ca/en/regionalGovernment/GRT_GTFSdata.asp)
