* samples/qemuarm64.yml: Update meta-thistle and add TUC We update `meta-thistle` to add TUC 0.2.0 in the QEMU ARM64 image. * Bump meta-thistle to 20240228 revision in main Bump `meta-thistle` to the currently latest commit in the default `main` branch, in QEMU ARM64 and RPi4 build configs.
