Starter theme for SilverStripe 4.x/5.x

The base theme is a barebones theme to help you get started without all the junk that comes with other boilerplates and the Simple theme.

1. Simply download the file and copy and paste theme into your themes directory.
2. Run npm install within your theme folder.
3. Run composer{PHP VERSION} vendor-expose in the project ROOT folder.
