The base theme is a barebones theme to help you get started without all the junk that comes with other boilerplates and the Simple theme.
- Simply download the file and copy and paste theme into your themes directory.
- Run npm install within your theme folder.
- Run composer{PHP VERSION} vendor-expose in the project ROOT folder.
