Concatenate Column Content: Add ability to add a column with sample names

📌 Explain the Request

At present, the workflow concatenates a column's content, and works pretty well for FASTA files. However, it is not quite useful in scenarios where the output is exactly the same and one cannot distinguish between different samples, e.g. a Snippy Variants Summary file.

It would be nice to have an optional input where the workflow can add an extra column of sample names that can distinguish between different samples.
