📌 Explain the Request

A user requested that we output the jacard score, i.e. "distance", as well as the distance threshold used to assign a given taxon level to the Terra data table from the GAMBIT task that runs in TheiaProk (and also TheiaEuk, though they were primarily interested in TheiaProk).

I am not sure what format and/or what additional columns could be output to the Terra data table, but I will request feedback from the user.

This was the previous behavior of GAMBIT (AKA MIDAS before it was renamed) and the user doesn't like digging into the raw CSV or JSON output to see these values.

These values are present in both the raw CSV output as well as the raw JSON output from GAMBIT so they would need to be parsed and output as a String or Float somehow.

Additional context: These values are helpful when reporting a taxonomic identification using a TheiaProk as validated workflow. It allows the user & auditor to see a numerical value for taxonomic prediction instead of simply stating the taxon. It's more granular to see the distances reported by GAMBIT.
