This PR makes
IntPreference,DoublePreference, etc. implementIntSupplierandDoubleSupplier, etc. respectively.Also makes
StringPreferenceandScalarPreferenceimplementSupplier<String>andSupplier<Scalar>.This should make using it in robot code slightly easier, not needing to use
preference::geteach time a supplier is required.
