This is a first-pass attempt at #32
The table is in particular need of feedback/improvement on formatting, especially of the description of expected values. If the content is to be the foundation of the test datasets, we might need more than one column to describe expected variables in order to cover subdistributions as well as the overall distribution.
Will relate to #16, #28 in the future.
