First Building Step

The first step shown below will be to do a rooflift, this way we will get an extra bedroom and finally the kids can get their own bedroom. Also we will get a walk in closet and we can finally get rid of the boxes with clothing that does not fit in our 2m wide wardrobe for 4 people for all four season. .

The layout of the master bedroom and walk in closet are shown below.

Originally the rooflift were supposed to be delivered in two modules by Leigland Bygg, unfortunately they went insolvent, so now Bjørø Kobber and blikk will do the roof lift togehter Storum byggservice. The benefit is that we can reuse the orignal trusses.

The plan is that we remove the cladding and roof ourselves.
