Copter-4.5.1-septentrio1

This release is built from the official Copter-4.5.1. It includes the following fixes:

• Fix incorrect satellite count in ArduPilot when satellite count reported by receiver contains a Do-Not-Use value (ArduPilot#26628)

This release is base on Ardupilot 4.3 and include a patch of @WickedShell. It supports dual antenna.
