This PR updates the Scala Highlights blog post to acknowledge which organizations is investing in the open source development of Scala.

It should supersede #1745

@tgodzik Is it okay if I shorten the Scala open-source team at VirtusLab to the Scala team at VirtusLab?

maybe "led by" instead of "powered by"? not sure what I think. I don't strongly object to "powered", but it's a bit slangy and maybe "led" gently leaves room for the community helping as well, as they do?
