This is a minor release with some improvements and fixes

• Added prefix option to config file. This string will be added to the filename of the final report.
• Added a TSV formatted version of the final report for downstream processing

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused the final report creation to fail when GTDB-Tk or DECIPHER failed to classify a sample
