Due to collision with iDMA `snitch_cluster` target, which groups necessary iDMA sources for Snitch-cluster-based systems, we need a different group for sources specific to the Snitch cluster simulation target, which are not needed by Snitch-cluster-based systems. Thus, we rename `snitch_cluster` to `snitch_cluster_sim`.
* target: Replace `LOGS_DIR` with `SIM_DIR`
