Still a lot of detail to be refined and filled in...but we're getting closer.

1. Select “Read/Write any Database”
1. Create a password and save it

We don't need this, we're not using LiveQuery.

Nice. We should look into scripting as much as is possible. The AWS setup at least.

We should actually have a separate checklist for things the client should do.
