Downstream analysis with QIIME2 fails on some system with the most recent version of nextflow (23.10.0) in ampliseq version 2.7.0. This is fixed now and deserves a bug fix release.

This PR bumps version to 2.7.1 and update CHANGELOG and USAGE.
