Figured I had done the apibara integration in typescript while the project is a javascript project. (too bad, i did pay attention because for some reason probably my settings, it runs on my devices without errors)
Thanks to @Abeeujah for calling it out.
This PR reverts the files to the correct format, and added a readme to run the app without error from the indexer
