Base on this PR: #66

Fix the apibara Integration for catching event from chaineventts smart contract

Accent Criteria:

• Fix transpile TS to JS
• Index event and save it on the db
• Fix endpoint that fetch save new event details
• Ensure apibara pick event after they are emitted on the contract
