3. External Interface Requirements

- 3.1.2 Two sides of platform, Front Office and Back Office (FO, BO)
- 3.1.3 Front office enters the domain, in the welcome page there are 3 parts of the home page, header that includes navigation bar and log in, registration. After registering and logging in user is navigated into private platform where he/she can choose on of these pages notifications Active Claims History Profile Add claim

In notification page FO-user can view the last updates of everything that is related to that user.
- 3.1.4.1 Last 10 Notification will be loaded, others will not until scrolling down
- 3.1.4.2 By clicking any notification user can read the related message and see the changes

Active Claims is used to show the claims that are not closed as approved
Each claim has three functions
- 3.1.5.1 Claim can be edited by clicking the “Edit” button, after new page will be opened,where user can add or delete the document
- 3.1.5.2 Claim can be deleted by clicking and approving
- 3.1.5.3 Claim can be viewed by opening the information about claim
- 3.1.5 History page contains all the past claims separated by date that are related to the logged in user.
- 3.1.6 In a Profile page user can make changes to his/her personal information, including (Name, Surname, Date of birth, Profile picture… etc)
- 3.1.7 In case a user wants to send a claim, it is required for the user to be familiarized with necessary documents, after he/she should add required documents by filling the form.
Second part of the profile is the Back Office, user is the member of Ministry of Health Kyrgyz Republic. BO-user can view the latest updates and give feedback according to claim’s current state.
- 3.2.1 BO-user can download the documents of particular claim
- 3.2.2 BO-user can give feedback and set the status
- 3.2.3 BO-user can add/delete/change medical facility and its list of required documents
- 3.2.4 view the history of certain claim
