2.1 Product Perspective
Medicine License 1.0 is a new system. It provides a simple mechanism for users to register and submit documents.

2.2 Product Functions
This website will have 3 types of users: natural person, legal person and checker.

• natural person can:

1. create user account
2. see/download necessary documents for medical facility
3. submit documents for check
4. see the status
5. resubmit the documents

• legal person can:

6. submit as organization
7. can submit as branch of organization

• checker can:

8. see incoming claims
9. open/download documents
10. set status to claim
11. leave comment
12. add/delete/change medical facility
13. change list of necessary documents for any medical facility
