Dark reign plus expansion

  • Install path Program Files/GOG.com/Dark Reign/
  • Shortcuts:
    • Dark Reign - The Rise of the Shadowhand ["Dark Reign - Expansion.exe" ]
    • Manual ["Manual.pdf" ]
    • Readme ["readme.txt" ]
    • Customer Support ["Customer_support.htm" ]
    • Dark Reign - The Future of War ["Dark Reign - Original Game.exe" ]
  • Crashes right away
  • Both .exe are UPX packed Autohotkey executables
  • Wine 1.2.3: missing MSVCP90.dll
  • starts with:
    • Wine 1.4.1
    • Win98 compatibility
    • all DLLs from game directory overridden as native,build
    • Start DKREIGN.EXE
  • But then doesn't find the CD when it starts, and prevents running Single player (no idea how to start expansion)
