Second beta release. Published also on Google Play beta channel (Google Play flavor) and F-Droid (basic flavor). This release features automatic image compression (defaults to "large", it can be modified in app preferences) and many bugfixes.

• #212, #215: use registration-enabled server (fix random registration error)
• #216: fix release connection after inactivity
• #218: workaround for faulty Android AccountManager (was causing authentication errors)

• #223: regex check on manual server address to avoid crash
