Changes for the new nightlies

New nightlies have been deployed recently after updating the commit used from spack. These are some of the changes:

• Build graphviz with pangocairo to support PDF files and with expat to support XML labels (see graphviz not built with pdf output support anymore #697 and Building graphviz with expat library if possible #689, respectively)
• Add a symlink in the installation folder of fastjet so that the includes from fjcontrib are picked up automatically (see MarlinFastJet package cannot be built in Key4hep environment #690)
• Update the versions of py-onnx and py-onnxruntime#
• Point to all the locations of the geant4 data files for version 11.3.0 (new sets of files have been added)
• Add builds on Ubuntu 24.04 by adding a compiler for it
• Do not set the env variable OPENDATADETECTOR (see OPENDATADETECTOR changing to OPENDATADETECTOR_DATA #652)
• Add a test that runs Sherpa3
• Make sure that thepeg depends on rivet, otherwise rivet will not be built in the stack
