  • general user (=all other roles romved: can bookmark, save and edit charters, submit modified charters to the moderator for publication, create and publish own collections, create image annotations and submit them to the moderator for publication)
  • moderator (can publish a submitted new version of a charter from 'their' users; own changes are published immediately)
  • metadata-manager (can add data and manage archive/fonds/collection level information)
  • html-author (can modify static texts)
  • translator (can modify translations of system messages)
  • user-administrator (can assign and remove roles to users)
  • archivist of a specific archive/collection ('community') (can change description of archive and fonds, create and delete fonds, import charters; can publish released charters from their archive/collection)

If you are a user-adminstrator you can assign user roles in the frontend through my-archive > manage-roles. Only the role of archivist is assigned in the page of the archive.

There are the following exist-user groups:

  • admin
  • atom
  • guest ....
