Minor changes to book-related patches

Changes:

• "Allow disabling component selector resolving in books" patch removed; (The patch is not necessary, I think I was crazy when I added it lol)
• Added an int "MAX_AUTHOR_LENGTH"; (Just visually prettier, nothing significant)
• setTitle(String title) now uses basically the same logic as all other methods;
• Small changes in co-authors;
• MAX_TITLE_LENGTH is 16 not 32;
