stage 1

Demo of simple front end in July

  • understanding of the ask
    • no authentication needed
    • take manually entered data into form
    • shows json that would be a FHIR bundle or sends this directly to a FHIR API
    • standalone application that does not use an existing backend - ideally connects to FHIR API directly
  • Non-essential for demo
    • persistence of report information
    • validate HGVS and transcripts
    • user authentication
    • integrate with ontologies and coding systems
    • set up as a SMART on FHIR app
    • perform CRUD on the fhir server
      • deployment in GOSH using ahridia FHIR server

stage 2

SMART on FHIR application with some level of decision support.

  • List view of all patients with an FH test
  • if a patient is selected and there is only one patient with the family number who has had an FH test, then create a modal pop-up suggesting cascading of testing
