GMSA FHIR Project

This project is part of an overall suite of work to store patient's genomic reports in an interoperatbility standard for healthcare: FHIR. This repo comprises a front end web application to enable input of genomic report information and persisting the data using a hospital FHIR API.

FSH definition of FHIR implementation guides and example data is located in gmsa_genomic_fhir_webapp/SUSHI/GMSA_genomics_reporting/input/fsh.
