Thorlab camera issue

Xiyu has created an issue on github but answering the qs in the feature-request form requires us to discuss the scope of the feature. there is no urgent need for a python implementation, because xiyu can use the thorlabs software to look at the camera during set up (to check alignment/beam shape). The thorlabs software xiyu currently uses does have a Python API.
