🔁 OBSC Triggers Update

This update adds inputs for external OSC apps to control OBS, as well as new parameters for features such as scene switches. More info on the parameters available can be found in the README

🔂 OBSC v0.2.0 Release

This release adds both support for replay buffer tracking as an int, and introduces a new osc send loop to send the current states every 5 seconds in case the initial on-switch update is missed.
